DenisonGate is a boutique advisory practice that caters to clients in the financial services and commodity sectors. Our services focus on supporting CFO's and COO's in the execution of business strategy; from developing business intelligence to enhancing the financial processes that support strategic decisions and tactical execution. In addition, our FinTech and HedgeFund Labs incubate, support and advise emerging business and investment managers. DensionGate has promoted and founded a number of start-up firms including a financial services related enterprise software firm; an energy risk management consulting and software firm; and a financial services focused recruiting firm.

Peter Jenson --Managing Partner and Founder

Peter has 30 years’ experience in financial services leading change and managing the finance functions of complex financial services organizations. As a financial services partner at PwC in New York and through a number of C level roles including Global Controller of Citadel Investment Group and CFO of Constellation Commodities group Peter has hands on experience managing global finance functions, building businesses, installing major new IT systems and executing on strategic and tactical initiatives. Peter is a Chartered Accountant and has an MBA from University of Pennsylvania – Wharton Business School.
